The Gangasagar Yatra 2027 Complete Package from Kolkata offers a relaxed 4-day pilgrimage experience with comfortable travel, accommodation, ferry assistance, local sightseeing, food, and guide support. This package gives pilgrims more time to explore Gangasagar without the rush of a one-day or two-day trip.
Gangasagar, also known as Sagar Island, lies in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The destination holds great religious importance because the Ganga meets the Bay of Bengal here. Kapil Muni Temple and Gangasagar Sangam remain the main pilgrimage attractions.
The journey starts from Kolkata. Our representative meets guests at the agreed pickup point. We then travel towards Kakdwip and Lot 8 Harwood Point. From Harwood Point, guests cross the Muriganga River and continue towards Kachuberia. Our local team then arranges the onward transfer to Gangasagar.
The first day allows guests to settle into their accommodation. You can relax after the journey and explore nearby areas according to the available time. Our guide can also explain the local routes and important pilgrimage points.
On the second day, guests can visit Gangasagar Sangam, Kapil Muni Temple, Gangasagar Beach, and the surrounding pilgrimage area. The extra time allows you to enjoy the spiritual atmosphere at a comfortable pace.
The third day focuses on additional local sightseeing and leisure. Guests can explore nearby temples, beaches, local markets, and other suitable places. The exact sightseeing plan can change according to local conditions.
On the fourth day, we complete the return journey to Kolkata. After breakfast and check-out, our team assists with the ferry crossing and road transfer. Finally, we drop guests at their hotel, airport, railway station, or another agreed location.
Gangasagar Eco Tourism brings more than 15 years of local tourism experience to this journey. Our team mainly consists of local, educated, and experienced members. We also maintain physical offices at Lot 8 Harwood Point, Gangasagar Island, and Kolkata.
Moreover, we operate most tours with our own vehicles. Our organization also owns four private ferry/ship assets for selected operations. Our associated organization operates a government food court that serves 100% pure vegetarian food.
