REFUND POLICY

If the tour or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company shall not be responsible to give any refund to you.

  1. Booking and Payments:
    • Advance Payment: A certain advance payment is required to confirm bookings. The amount depends on the nature of the service and time left before commencement.
    • Full Payment for Special Cases: For special train journeys, hotels/resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year, Gangasagar Mela), full payment in advance is mandatory.
    • Mode of Payment: Overseas payments can be made via Wire Transfer to their bank.
  2. Cancellation Policy:
    • Notification: Cancellations must be communicated in writing ([email protected]).
    • Cancellation Charges: Charges are based on the timing of cancellation relative to the arrival date:
    • • Cancellation charge within 120 hours (5 days): 100% of the tour cost.
      • Cancellation charge 121 – 360 hours (6-15 days): 30% of the tour cost.
      • Cancellation charge 361-720 hours (16-30 days): 20% of the tour cost.
      • Cancellation charge beyond 721 hours (30 days): 15% of the tour cost.
  3. The amount will be refunded to your bank account within 4 to 5 working days.
    • Special Periods: During X-mas, New Year, and Gangasagar Mela (20 December to 17 January), payments are non-refundable.

    • Cost Adjustments: If there are hikes in monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India after finalizing the tour/service cost, these will be charged extra.
    • Role as Agent: Acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors. Terms and conditions of these providers apply.
    • Itinerary Changes: Reserves the right to change itineraries for safety, comfort, or well-being of participants.
    • Rate Changes: Rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels and airlines, subject to their modifications without notice.
    • Responsibility Disclaimer: Not liable for delays, expenses, losses, injuries due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdowns, weather, sickness, political closures, or any unforeseen incidents.
    • Force Majeure: Not responsible for losses or damages due to acts of God, dangers, fire, accidents, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, epidemics, or any other causes beyond their control.
    • Insurance: Does not provide insurance covering accidents, sickness, theft, or other losses. Visitors are advised to arrange insurance.
  2. Miscellaneous:
    • Client’s Risk: All baggage and personal property are at the client’s risk at all times.
    • Unforeseen Circumstances: Not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, or bad weather.
